FLY TRIP REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Please read this additional information for this season's registration.

FLY TRIP REGISTRATION RULES


You must be a current member of the Club to register for a Fly Trip. Please make sure your membership is up to date. Renew Membership  

Here are the registration instructions.
  • First, Register Online. The website will not allow partial payments. If you pay the entire amount when you register, you can pay via credit card online. If you want to make partial payments, the $500 deposit must be made via check. Mail your payment to the Trip leader payable to CCSC.  Click here for more details on the 2021 Registration process.
  • Then, look for an email from the Trip Leader after the deposit deadline with details or wait list information.
  • Subsequent payments, if not final, must be made via check. A final payment may be made via credit card. 
  • DO NOT MAIL CHECKS TO OUR P.O. BOX!!
  • If you cancel, $50 minimum cancellation fee applies.  If the club has already made non-refundable commitments on your behalf in excess of $50, you are responsible for those charges.
  • Includes current taxes and surcharges, Additional air tax and fuel adjustments are possible.
  • Changes in flight schedule are possible.
  • All trips include airport transfers to/from Cape Cod and resort.
  • Carrier may charge for checked bags—your responsibility
  • Trips need a minimum level of participation to go.
  • Prices are based on double occupancy—we'll work to match you with roommate/condo mates
  • All prices subject to change for circumstances beyond the control of the Cape Cod Ski Club.

    Park City, Utah is home to two world-class resorts for skiing and snowboarding.


    $2,179 pp at Peaks Hotel (dbl occy)

    Trip Includes

    • Round trip coach to/from Cape Cod and Logan Airport
    • Round trip air Boston to Salt Lake City via Delta Airlines
    • Round trip airport/hotel transfers via motor coach
    • Seven (7) nights lodging at the Park City Peaks Hotel, double occupancy.
    • Baggage handling at hotel and bus tips included
    • Five out of Six day lift tickets to Park City/Canyons
    • Pre-trip party, Welcome reception, and breakfast daily
    • All current taxes. Note: Air tax/fuel adjustments are possible at time of trip.
    Options:
    • No air: –$505.00 /
    • No lifts: –$505.00 / No Lifts 65+: -$375.00
    • 6th day ski pass: +$70.00 / 6th day ski pass:65+:+$30)
    • Single supplements (+$560) may be possible if it does not cause others not to be able to go. Trip Leader can advise about this.
    Senior Option: Seniors (65+) receive a discounted lift ticket at this ski area.  If you are a senior, be sure to register under the one of the Senior registration types.

    CANCELLATION POLICY COVID-19: If a trip is canceled due to COVID-19, meaning that the resort we are booked at will be closed prior to or during our week, ALL monies will be refunded except for the airline ticket. If the flight the club is booked on is canceled, the airline should refund that money. However, we do not have control over the airlines, so there is the possibility that you would receive a credit from the airline to use by a date determined by the airline.

    If the flight the club is booked on continues flying as scheduled even if the resorts are closed, you will receive a credit from the airline to use by a date determined by the airline.


    GENERAL CANCELLATIONS: Group travel has very strict cancellation policies. Hotel, air, and tour operators each have cancellation charges based on when you cancel. The club has a minimum cancellation fee of $50.00.

    In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by weather conditions and specifically lack of snow at the destination. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the tour operator to re-design a

    trip and offer an alternative and comparable destination. If it becomes necessary to cancel a trip, the club and members may incur monetary loss including but not limited to various cancellation fees, deposits, rebooking fees, and airline penalties. The club will, to the best of its ability, return money to the member and this will be determined by the Board of Directors as the canceled trip is reconciled. In the event no reimbursement is obtained, the member may lose their deposits and/or payments.


    TRIP INSURANCE: The club strongly recommends you acquire personal trip insurance. Trip cancellation under group travel is more complicated than personal trips and can be quite expensive as described above. There are many companies that offer personal trip insurance.
