We appreciate You!

The Club welcomes those members who volunteered this season on the annual Thank You Day Trip ... this year again to Loon in NH. See the schedule below for dates and to register. For full details, including the bus schedule, see the Day Trips Information page.

The bus DEPARTS PROMPTLY from Park and Ride lots:

- Harwich at 4:30 AM
- Barnstable at 4:50 AM
- Sagamore at 5:10 AM 

Volunteer Code ... Bus Price ... Lift Ticket

Volunteers will be emailed a code that sets the price to $0. For those who want to join the fun but didn't volunteer, the bus cost for the 2025-2026 Thank You day trip is $100 per person. Registration / payment for bus is online with credit/debit card. 

Each registrant is responsible for securing / purchasing their own lift ticket or using a resort pass.

How to Register

1. Volunteers should copy and paste the code sent in the email. Select "Volunteer..." from the options. Click Next and in the Registration Code field paste the code. 
2. For non-volunteers, you must register and pay for the bus online. If you do not receive an immediate email confirmation, your registration has not been successful. Please try again. If you need help with registration or cannot register online, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com
3. Your seat is not confirmed until registration is confirmed / payment is received.

• You will receive 3 email confirmations when the payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive these 3 emails, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com
