Please ensure PASSPORT information is included in your registration form. We do NOT save passport information on your profile for your protection. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining at time of trip.
When entering passport expiration date, it is faster to type in the full month and day, and year (e.g., January 12, 2030) vs using the calendar available.
If no passport number is available at registration please enter TBD; and enter January 01, 2025 as expiration. Please send actual number and expiration date to the Trip Leader as soon as possible.
While Swiss does allow your ski equipment to travel for free in addition to your 1 free checked bag, you must follow the following rules:
• Ski/Snowboard Bag can only contain 1 pair of skis, bindings and poles; or 1 snowboard & bindings
• Boot Bag can only contain 1 pair of ski or snowboard boots and a helmet
• Both bags cannot exceed 50 lbs
Ski equipment MUST be reserved between 90 - 60-days prior to departure. Any equipment not reserved in advance can be denied by the airline at the time of check-in.
Group air does not permit flight changes, seat changes, nor upgrades. The Cape Cod Ski Club, Trip Leader, nor the Tour Operator can facilitate deviations from the published schedule above. If you have different travel needs, please book your own air transportation.
Consider leaving the day after the trip returns open / free of commitments in case of travel interruption.

The CCSC strongly recommends all trip registrants purchase private trip insurance to protect their trip investment. Trip insurance is not just for cancellations. It also may provide coverage for trip delays, severe weather flight issues, medical expenses and emergency medical transportation, lost, stolen or delayed baggage or sports equipment; cancellation for covered reasons, and more.
