Thank You Day Trip

We appreciate You!

The Club welcomes those members who volunteered this season on the annual Thank You Day Trip ... this year again to Loon in NH. See the schedule below for dates and to register. For full details, including the bus schedule, see the Day Trips Information page.

The bus DEPARTS PROMPTLY from Park and Ride lots:

- Harwich at 4:30 AM
- Barnstable at 4:50 AM
- Sagamore at 5:10 AM 

Volunteer Code ... Bus Price ... Lift Ticket

Volunteers will be emailed a code that sets the price to $0. For those who want to join the fun but didn't volunteer, the bus cost for the 2025-2026 Thank You day trip is $100 per person. Registration / payment for bus is online with credit/debit card. 


Each registrant is responsible for securing / purchasing their own lift ticket or using a resort pass.

How to Register

  1. Volunteers should copy and paste the code sent in the email. Select "Volunteer..." from the options. Click Next and in the Registration Code field paste the code. 
  2. For non-volunteers, you must register and pay for the bus online. If you do not receive an immediate email confirmation, your registration has not been successful. Please try again. If you need help with registration or cannot register online, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com
  3. Your seat is not confirmed until registration is confirmed / payment is received.
    • You will receive 3 email confirmations when the payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive these 3 emails, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com

    Those eligibile for a free trip will receive a code for free registration:

    • Round trip motorcoach transportation from Cape Cod to Loon
    • Donuts on the ride up
    • Dinner stop on the way home

    The annual Thank You day trip is open to those who have served the club in some manner ... Board members, trip leaders and assistants, and volunteers at an event this season (Holiday Party, Banquet). It's the Club's way of recognizing your effort! Join the others for this fun day trip! Those who are eligible to join for free will receive a code to set the price to $0. If you have an IKON or other pass to Loon, please use that. If you need a lift ticket, please note this during registration.


    IF YOU HAVE VOLUNTEERED FOR THE CLUB, PLEASE EMAIL THE TRIP LEADER OR WAIT FOR THE DISCOUNT CODE TO BE SENT TO YOU.


    If you'd like to join the trip (non-volunteer), Base Price is $100 for the bus.

    THE FINE PRINT

    In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by driving conditions as determined by the bus company. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the bus company and Club Board to determine if a trip should be cancelled or possibly rescheduled. If it becomes necessary to cancel a day trip, due to driving conditions, the club will credit anyone who paid the $100 bus cost to that member's account which can be used towards another trip.
