What You Need to Know about Fly Trips
The information and registration for the 2026-2027 fly trips is now available. Please NOTE THE DATE CHANGE for the Whitefish Mountain trip (changed from Mar 13-20 to Mar 20-27). Vic Lepage, our very busy Travel Chair, continues to work with tour operators to secure the best prices and best schedules with regard to air. As always, air schedules and Cape/Logan bus pick-ups are subject to change. Please check back often. If you have questions, reach out to the Trip Leader now. And please read the Club Policies. Looking forward to a great winter season! ❄️
- PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL TRIPS ONLINE! Email capecodskiclub@gmail.com if you need assistance or contact the trip leader.
- Consider testing registration using the Dummy Trip ... DO NOT PAY! (Open May 27 through June 28)
- Consider reviewing the Tips and Tricks sheet for guidelines.
- Trip maximum registration matches maximum air seats contracted. If you want to join a trip and it's sold out, STILL REGISTER and be placed on the waiting list. Once the trip leader confirms air seat reservation requests, people may be moved from the waiting list to fully registered. Trips are several months away ... a lot can happen in that time; so, it's always advisable to join the waiting list.
- All trips require a deposit which can be paid by check, made payable to the Cape Cod Ski Club (NOT to the trip leader), and mailed to the trip leader (see more information and Trip Leader address on the Event page).
- If paying in full or a final balance, payment may be made by credit / debit card. The online payment system does not permit partial payments.
- All fly trips are sold double-occupancy.
- Some trips offer single occupancy. These are subject to availability. Single occupancy must be arranged with and pre-approved by the trip leader. All double occupancy registrations will be honored first.
- Ground transfers and gratuities are included in the base price. There is no price deduction for opting out of any segment of ground transfers.
- If you opt to arrange your own air, you may ride with the Club on destination ground transfers. The member is responsible to meet the group at the destination airport for the scheduled departure time. The club is not responsible for providing alternative transportation if the member is unable to meet with the group for the scheduled departure due to missed connections, bad weather, etc. Registered air travelers with the group will get first access on the scheduled buses if there is more than one bus.
- Some trips include meals, welcome receptions, other amenities. Read the trip description on the Event page to see what is included.
- Early cancellation may incur a $60 fee. Any expenses already paid out by the Club that can not be recovered. are the responsibility of the registrant. The trip leader will communicate the amount based on the trip after reconciliation. Review the Cape Cod Ski Club Policies for guidance on cancellation.
