The bus DEPARTS PROMPTLY from Park and Ride lots:

- Harwich at 4:30 AM
- Barnstable at 4:50 AM
- Sagamore at 5:10 AM 

*This trip is a test using a school bus. The minimum number of participants and the price differ from Club policies and trip leader guidance as approved by the Board.

In order to make sure our day trips run with as many people as possible, we are initiating a couple new requirements / guidelines this year:

1. To sign up for a day trip, you will be required to pay your invoice with a card online. Paper checks will no longer be accepted.
   
2. All day trips will also be presented as "bus only" trips. If you do not have an IKON or EPIC or other appropriate pass, please go to the mountain's website directly and purchase a lift ticket for that day. The earlier you reserve, the better the price may be. But be aware, if this trip does not get 20 members to sign up for the bus by midnight the Sunday prior, the club will be forced to cancel the trip. The trip will then become a u-drive, and your bus deposit will be credited to your account. Lift tickets purchased from the mountain, however, are managed by the mountain's refund policy, so be sure to read the details.

THE FINE PRINT

In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by driving conditions as determined by the bus company. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the bus company and Club Board to determine if a trip should be cancelled. If it becomes necessary to cancel a day trip, due to driving conditions, or lack of 20 paid/registered participants, the club will credit the $60 bus deposit to member's account which can be used towards another trip.
