SIGN UP DEADLINE—7 DAYS IN ADVANCE

Day trips are run on Wednesdays throughout the winter season.  

Day trips are with Bloom Bus Lines. The motorcoach loads at the Park and Ride lots at (old exit number / new exit number) Harwich (exit 10 / 82), Barnstable (exit 6 / 68), and Sagamore (exit 1A). The motorcoach departs promptly:

• Harwich (exit 10 / 82) at 4:30 AM
• Barnstable (exit 6 / 68) at 4:50 AM
• Sagamore (exit 1A) at 5:10 AM

Cost of each day trip is $100 for motorcoach transportation and includes complimentary donuts on the bus. 

One Day Membership is available in addition to the day trip transportation cost for non-members wishing to try out the club. One day membership is only available for day trips and the additional fee can be credited toward full membership if you decide to join (one $25 credit only).

• Cancellation: If you cancel a Day Trip prior to 7 days of the scheduled trip or if the trip is cancelled by the Club, you will receive a full refund / credit to your member account.
• Please sign up online at least 7 days in advance so we know enough people are interested in the trip for it to go. Late reservations will be accommodated only if seats are available. If the trip is sold out, you are out of luck ... so sign up early!
• Online registration and payment in full is required.
• If you have raffle prize credits or member credits in your account, complete trip signup, select "invoice me" on the payment page, and email the trip leader that you have a credit to be settled.

IF A TRIP DOES NOT HAVE 30 PAID SIGN-UPS 7 DAYS BEFORE TRIP, TRIP MAY BE CANCELLED. PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SIGN UP OR THE TRIP MAY NOT GO!
