Board of Directors The Cape Cod Ski Club is governed by seven officers -- President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer and three Members-at-Large -- and six Committee Chairpersons. The Officers are elected by the general membership each year in the spring for one year. The Committee Chairpersons are appointed by the Officers for a term of one year. Board meetings are held monthly throughout the year, usually on the first Thursday of the month. See date and time of next meeting in column at right. |
